Never Miss an EE Submission Deadline Again

Designated employers are required to submit annual Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour — and late submissions are not accepted. Knowing your deadlines and preparing ahead is key to staying compliant and avoiding costly enforcement action. We help you stay ahead of schedule and on top of every EE reporting requirement.

Key Reporting Deadlines

Manual Submissions

Deadline: 1 October (annually)
Submit EEA2 and EEA4 forms via post or hand delivery. Still accepted in specific cases but being phased out.

Compliance Orders

Deadline: 15 January (annually)
Submit EEA reports through the Department’s EE Portal. Preferred method with tracking and faster verification.

What You Must Submit

  • EEA2 Report: Workforce profile by race, gender, and occupational level
  • EEA4 Report: Income differentials, pay gaps, and justification notes
  • EEA14: For mergers, takeovers, or structural changes (if applicable)

What Happens If You Miss It?
